Update on Neighbours!!

On Sunday afternoon we visted the block to check out the neighbours work, looks like the slab will be laid this week and I'm also guessing it will be a double-storey - which is unusual for this estate.

Also the Neighbours on the other side have finally moved in, they used the same builder. We actually popped over to meet them, lovely couple with three gorgeous little girls under around 5 years old. They had nothing but positive comments about the builder, it took 29 weeks from site start to completion and they are extremely happy with the finish.

Our update: Plans are about 2 weeks away from approval! Yay! Then about 2 weeks to get onsite.

Neighbours!!!!

Well hubby had a lunch in town today so decided to stop past the block and see the advancements of the other houses, yet again! The neighbours have finally moved in, so jealous. He said they had washing on the line!

Plus the other side had cut their block and had their sewerage system in. He said there was a gang of tradies all working hard.

Looks like we'll now be the last ones to move into the street as all other houses are well advanced.

Will try to visit myself on the weekend and get some snaps to show you. Also I'm working on another post for the outcome of the colour selection, hope you all like!
