What a lovely day................

Well with much help and assistance from a patient lady at Uptiles Strathpine, the colour selection was carried out in 4 hours! We still have the carpet, timber flooring and fire place to be selected however I really feel we are on the way!

Ended up using a darker stone bench top in the Guest Ensuite & Main Bathroom - Caeserstone's Ginger was the winner with Classic White Gloss Vinyl Wrap Doors from Polytec.

We picked Caeserstone's New Buttermilk for both the Kitchen and our Ensuite with the doors/draws in the same Classic White in Gloss from Polytec. These photos don't do it justice!

The laundry was a nice surprise as we had laminate as the specification, not stone to save money, and the lady showed me this amazing gloss laminate that looks like stone, Laminex Limestone -Diamond Gloss Finish! We finished it off with doors in Wilsonart's Shadow in Matte Finish (The pics obviously don't show the real deal!)

Our Wall Colour is Solver's Silky Beige with trim in Solver's Studio White with Semi-Gloss finish.

We weren't happy with the builders selection for carpet, poor lady kept saying, 'what about this colour?' and I would reply with 'It's not the colour, it's the whole style/quality that's hideous!' Rental house meets doctor's surgery was the vibe, and it was definitley not for me.

For the external we picked Colourbond's Ironstone for the roofing and garage doors and Solvent's Nomad Beige for the render. This will look great with the timber slatting accents in the roof, the timber posts across the front of the house and the two timber front doors.

What are everyone's thoughts on my selections?
